Rooftop Garden sits atop the five story Rex Hotel in District 1. Some of the bar’s first guests were international correspondents and members of the U.S. military during the Vietnam War in the 1960s. Today, the bar retains its historic charm and remains popular amongst hotel guests and tourists alike.
