I’ve been there last night, since the place is just steps away from the Duxton Hotel where I’m staying. Broma was a nice and fun place with a decent atmosphere. I especially liked the roof top. Staff was very attentive and spoke English and the owner seems to be Viet American. Most guests were young westerners (25-35 I’d say). Fortunately no hookers there! But the place just opened a month ago, so chances are working girls might be coming once the word spreads. Music was hip hop and top charts. Prices were fair, but obviously not the cheapest since this joint is geared towards expats.
All in all it’s a place I can recommend for a couple of drinks! We felt safe there and would go there again!
